FIVE Box Office - 1028 Park St, Jacksonville, FL 32204 -- PLEASE NOTE - FIVE is a cashless venue. Only debit or credit cards are accepted at our bars, box office and guest services window. Please plan accordingly. PLEASE RIDESHARE - Parking is limited around the venue. We strongly recommend using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the venue. There is a designated rideshare pick up / drop off location near the entrance for your convenience. Gold Section and Projector Suite tickets also include an artist Meet & Greet. The Projector Room Suite [21+ Only] is a premium ticket area that includes exclusive access to the mezzanine's Projector Room Suite w/ the best views, soft seating, high top tables, drink ordering from the suite, and access to the mezzanine bar & restrooms. *Not wheelchair accessible.
